Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine ( INPL ) is a public University of Technology . INPL regroups 7 Graduate Engineering Schools (among them is ENSAIA, agronomy national school) and 28 research labs. It awards engineering diplomas, masters and PhD degrees ( 4,000 students, including 1,000 PhD Students).

INRA Transfert's team manages the technology portfolio of INRA (French National Institute in Agronomic Research) and supports development of innovative start-up companies. Through its "European projects" activity, INRA Transfert assists the key players in Research and Innovation in setting up and managing their european research projects and networks.
